A gyrating metal kinetic water sculpture created by artist Pete Rogers who is currently completing an MA in metal design at Sheffield Hallam University. Pete initially worked in shipbuilding and as a freelance engineer. For the last ten years he has undertaken public art commissions and runs arts projects in schools with his company Xceptional designs.
