Born in Sheffield, England 1966.

Trained at London's Kingston Polytechnic in furniture and product design.

Worked in London at YRM architects for 2 years working mainly on the redesign of Angel Tube Station.

Spent four years working on the David Mellor building in Shad Thames, with involvement in the construction of the building and detailing of its interior office spaces, shop and apartments. This is now the headquarters for Conran.

Worked in collaboration with Magis the Italian manufacturers on development of the ‘Transit' trolley.

Has specialised in plywood, producing a range of plywood furniture which sold widely throughout England and Europe.

Recent design commissions include public seating for The Lowry Centre, Manchester, and Millennium Galleries and Winter Gardens in Sheffield.

Now the creative director of David Mellor, developing new special David Mellor products for our own shops.

His most recent project has been detailing the architecture and designing the interior of the new David Mellor Design Museum and Café in Derbyshire.

Current projects include the development of a new range of Kitchen Knives for David Mellor Design, a commission for public seating for the Stanley Spencer Gallery and a commission for the advent wreath for the Sheffield Cathedral.
