After graduating in 2007 from Sheffield Hallam University in metalwork and jewellery, Christina has since been awarded a place on the 2 year start studio programme for silversmiths at Persistence Works, in the creative quarter of Sheffield.

 

Christina seeks elegance and simplicity in lines and curves in the creation of her work offering small scale sculptural pieces, made from a combination of both precious and non precious metals, for use in the home by people who value style in their possessions beyond pure function.

She has recently exhibited her work at, INFLUX, Persistence Works, Sheffield as part of the BA (hons) and MA graduate degree show, and at New Designers, London.

Christina is currently working on a commission piece which will be included in the civic collection at Sheffield Town Hall in November 2007.
