After graduating from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University in Designed Metalwork and Jewellery Victoria Delany has gone on to do a year's postgraduate training at Bishopsland Educational trust before being awarded a prestigious place on the Starter Studio scheme for silversmiths at Persistence works Yorkshire Artspace Sheffield.
Victoria produces both decorative and functional tableware in precious metals often incorporating familiar patterns or details within the piece inspired by her interest in the traditional dining environment.
She has exhibited at COLLECT at the V&A and has taken part in London design week, as well as exhibiting with the Association of British Designer Silversmith at CONNECT and Moments of Indulgence.
Recent exhibitions include, Design and craft for contemporary living. An exhibiting exploring the role of contemporary crafts and design today at Bilston craft gallery Wolverhampton

Moments of Indulgence - Victoria has been collecting information from visitors to the metalwork gallery in the Millennium galleries Sheffield about their indulgences from which she has produced a new collection of work o be shown at the moments of indulgence exhibition this summer.
She will also be taking part in Living objects EXIT 2 the annual exhibition at Persistence works showcasing the work from the silversmiths coming to the end of their two years on the program.
